Cognitive Guideline Briefings
Briefings
Each cognitive guideline comes with a short briefing for policymakers and regulators.
Why we write briefings
Cognitive guidelines are detailed documents written for expert panels, evaluators and developers. Each guideline opens with a one-page summary for developers and comes with a test they can run. Policymakers and regulators need something different. They need to understand the risk and how a guideline can be used as a benchmark of good practice. CogGuide briefings summarise each guideline for them, so the evidence reaches the people who make decisions about AI.
